About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Depol komunikacije. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centred care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Management: Plan, direct, and deliver high-quality care services, ensuring that our resources are managed effectively, economically, and efficiently.
  • Care Coordination: Support care coordinators and social workers in assessing client needs, developing care plans, and ensuring that care is delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of care professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver excellent care.
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate risks, ensuring that our clients receive safe and effective care.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Field Care Supervisor in a care provider setting.
  • Knowledge and Skills: In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, including CQC, health & safety, and local authority requirements. Excellent people management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualifications: A Level 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable, although we are willing to support candidates who wish to pursue this qualification.
