About the Role

Care Outlook LTD is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing our home care services in the Hackney area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain field-based quality control systems to ensure high standards of care.
  • Provide support and guidance to Care & Support Workers within a defined area.
  • Conduct spot checks on carers in the community to identify good practice and report training concerns to the registered manager.
  • Deliver high standards of care and participate in the paid on-call rota.
  • Complete care assessments and write up Care Plans.
  • Build relationships with care staff and service users.
  • Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC.
  • Support the care coordinator with various duties as required.

  • Competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum.

About You

  • Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care.
  • NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care.
