As a Field Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our community service teams, dedicated to improving the quality of life for those we support. We are seeking exceptional individuals to lead our supported living services.

Your responsibilities will include managing a team to empower individuals in achieving greater independence in their daily routines. This involves:
- Developing and executing personalized support plans
- Conducting assessments of care needs
- Onboarding new team members
- Performing supervisions and appraisals
- Overseeing medication management and audits
- Participating in multi-disciplinary meetings
- Compiling reports and assisting the Branch Manager with daily operations.

Regular visits to the services will ensure you remain connected to the individuals we support, reinforcing the purpose behind your role.

Participation in the on-call rota is expected, with flexibility based on service requirements.

This position is ideal for those who aspire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others, whether by fostering colleague development or assisting individuals in gaining independence to achieve their personal goals.

We value both relevant experience and core values in our Field Operations Supervisors. Candidates should possess prior experience in care management and hold a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care. Experience working with individuals facing challenges such as autism, brain injuries, mental health issues, and complex behavioral needs is essential. A full UK Driving Licence is also required.
