Care Field Supervisor

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Field Supervisor to join our team at Depol komunikacije. As a Care Field Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centred care to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Plan, direct, and deliver high-quality care services to meet the needs of our clients.
* Ensure the effective management of care resources, including staff, equipment, and facilities.
* Support business development and growth initiatives for the branch.
* Conduct risk assessments and work closely with social workers, compliance teams, and care coordinators.

**Requirements**

* Minimum 6 months of experience as a Field Care Supervisor.
* Knowledge and understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements, including CQC, health & safety, and local authority requirements.
* Excellent people management, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to pursue.
