Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

Care Outlook LTD is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining and developing our home care services in the Battersea and Lambeth areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain field-based quality control systems to ensure high standards of care.
  • Provide support and guidance to Care & Support Workers within a defined area.
  • Conduct spot checks on carers in the community, identifying good practice and reporting training concerns to the registered manager.
  • Participate in the paid on-call rota to ensure 24/7 coverage.
  • Complete care assessments and write up Care Plans that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Build strong relationships with care staff and service users to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum.
  • Mileage paid at 30p per mile.

Requirements:
  • 100% commitment to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people.
  • Flexibility to cover on-call to meet the needs of the business.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC Compliance.
  • Full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care.
  • NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care.
