  • Provide support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area
  • Conduct spot checks to identify good practice and report training concerns to the registered manager
  • Deliver high standards of care and participate in the paid on-call rota
  • Complete care assessments and write up Care Plans
  • Build relationships with care staff and service users
  • Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC
  • Support the care coordinator with various duties
