Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients in Wandsworth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Individual Needs Assessments for new and potential clients to identify their care requirements.
  • Carry out risk assessments and update them as required to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Ensure all client visits are covered by allocating suitable Care and Support Workers.
  • Be on-call in case of emergency to provide support and guidance to Care and Support Workers.
  • Liaise closely with Care Coordinators to manage the recruitment and allocation of Care and Support Workers.
  • Identify suitable Care and Support Workers to cover absences and allocate them to clients as needed.
  • Facilitate the practical induction of new Care and Support Workers and provide in-field training as required.
  • Conduct client reviews and respond to Individual Review Forms completed by Care and Support Workers in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and be on-call as required
