We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to join our team in Croydon & Sutton. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of care services for our clients, ensuring that they receive the highest quality care and support.

About the Role

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services to our clients
  • Conducting regular visits to review and assess the work of our care professionals
  • Providing feedback and coaching to our care professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Supervising and supporting our care professionals to ensure they are equipped to provide the best possible care to our clients

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience providing personal care and working for a home care agency
  • Experience mentoring care teams and providing coaching and feedback
  • A UK driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
