Field Care Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team at Thendon Resourcing LTD. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our care assistants in the community, making a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable adults in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessing the needs of new clients and conducting comprehensive risk assessments.
- Providing practical training to new Care Assistants directly in clients' homes, ensuring they are equipped with the skills to excel.
- Spot Checks and Medication Audits
- Stepping in to cover care visits when necessary
- Taking part on the on-call rota
- Experience as a Senior Carer or Field Care Supervisor within Domiciliary Care
- QCF 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (Level 3 preferred)
- Good English language skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to be flexible as the role demands
- You'll need to be local to Wandsworth, within a 20 minute commute due to the necessity of covering care calls when there are no other cover options
As a Field Care Supervisor with Thendon Resourcing LTD, you will enjoy a competitive annual salary ranging from £25,000 to £27,000, a contributory pension, a discretionary bonus scheme, and comprehensive training opportunities.
