Care Outlook LTD is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our home care services in the Hackney area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement field-based quality control systems to ensure high standards of care
  • Provide support to all Care & Support Workers within a defined area
  • Conduct spot checks to identify good practice and report training concerns
  • Deliver high standards of care and participate in the paid on-call rota
  • Complete care assessments and write up Care Plans
  • Build relationships with care staff and service users
  • Assist the registered manager in preparing for inspections by the local authority and CQC

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum

Requirements:

  • 100% commitment to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people

  • Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC Compliance

  • Experience as Field Care Supervisor or 2 years working within Health & Social Care
