Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the footwear product strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and brand vision.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of footwear collections that meet market demands.
Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify consumer needs and preferences, and integrate these insights into product development.
Provide creative direction and leadership to the design team, ensuring innovative and trendsetting footwear designs.Ensure all products meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead, mentor, and develop the footwear product team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Product Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in footwear product management or design, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
Strong creative vision and design sensibility.Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and Microsoft Office.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel as needed.
