Your Role as a Customer Service Specialist - Footwear

As a key member of our team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking information and assistance regarding our footwear offerings. Your responsibilities encompass:

  • Customer Support: Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via various channels, including email and online platforms. Address questions about product features, sizing, availability, and order status.
  • Order Management: Process online shoe orders, exchanges, returns, and refunds efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures. Utilize our stock management system to track inventory levels and fulfill customer requests.
  • Problem Resolution: Effectively address and resolve customer complaints, issues, and escalations related to footwear in a professional and timely manner. Identify root causes of problems and implement appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our shoe products, including materials, designs, and technology. Stay informed about new releases, promotions, and trends within the footwear industry.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate effectively with different departments to ensure seamless customer service and efficient order fulfillment.
