Your Role: Junior Footwear Designer - Carvela

We are searching for a creative and driven Junior Footwear Designer to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in the development of captivating footwear collections that align with the brand's vision and resonate with our discerning clientele.

  • Design Expertise: You possess a strong understanding of women's footwear design principles and a keen eye for detail. Your portfolio showcases your ability to translate trends into original and commercially viable designs.
  • Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in using CAD software to create technical drawings and specifications, ensuring clear communication with our manufacturing partners.
  • Trend Awareness: You have a deep understanding of current fashion trends, both within the luxury and high-street markets. Your insights will inform the design direction of our collections.
  • Collaboration & Communication: You thrive in a collaborative environment and possess excellent communication skills. You will work closely with designers, buyers, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of designs from concept to production.
