Your Role as a Sales Supervisor
As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a vital role in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service within our Selfridges store. You will lead and motivate a team of sales associates, ensuring they consistently exceed expectations.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships with clients and exceeding their expectations.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, operational goals, and brand standards.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor that reflects our brand identity.
- Stay abreast of fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively guide customers.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Proven experience in luxury retail, with a focus on clienteling and exceptional service.
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment.
- A passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to teamwork and a drive to achieve success.
