Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Selfridges London. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in the kids footwear department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve operational goals and objectives
  • Ensure a high level of visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge
  • Support the training and development of sales associates to maximize sales potential
