Avon is seeking a dynamic Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our digital performance marketing strategy across PPC, Affiliates, Paid Social, and SEO for the UK Market. If you have a passion for new customer acquisition and increasing repeat customers, this is the perfect role for you

You would be required to work from our Northampton office 1-2 days a week (currently Tuesday is our team office day).

Key responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Brand & Consumer Activation Lead and media agency to implement a high-performing marketing strategy across the UK market. Focus on the profitability of performance marketing across PPC, Paid Social, Digital Display, and Affiliate channels, ensuring Avon is always top of mind and maximizing ROI. Manage and refine campaigns across digital channels, maintaining strong relationships with media agencies and affiliate partners. Develop and execute SEO and content strategies to boost revenue, traffic, and rankings. Conduct keyword research and work with the ecom team to implement technical improvements. Take ownership of weekly internal reports and monthly performance reviews, building plans to optimize spend across the full performance media mix. Monitor affiliate partner activity and manage commission rates. Develop and execute performance marketing strategies. Ensure timely execution of key deliverables. Optimize campaigns for profitability. Manage day-to-day relationships with media agencies and affiliate partners. Lead SEO and content strategies. Conduct keyword research and technical improvements. Provide SEO best practice recommendations. Brief ecom content team to enhance SEO performance. Own weekly and monthly performance reporting. Manage affiliate commission rates and monitor partner activities. We'd love for you to have

4+ years of experience in executing and optimizing campaigns across PPC, Affiliates, Display, and Paid Social Media Channels. Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices (e.g., GA & Ad Manager). Experience working with tight deadlines and cross-functional departments. Analytical background with advanced Excel knowledge. Experience with agencies and affiliate networks. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of AWIN and growing affiliate revenue. In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. Although not essential it would be great if you have:

Experience managing influencers through ambassador or affiliate programs. Familiarity with Shopify and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms. Experience in a large matrixed company or global company. Understanding of pixels, GTM and tracking. Knowledge of full-funnel media and its impact on digital marketing channels. What we offer:
