Match Recruitment has been a trusted partner in the UK market for over 30 years, providing exceptional services to our clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated Marketing Specialist to join our team at the Head Office in Northampton.

Role Overview:
This is an independent marketing position that collaborates closely with the Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will possess recent and relevant experience in a marketing capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in achieving our marketing goals. Your duties will include:
  • Managing the majority of design projects for catalogues, promotional materials, and company branding.
  • Overseeing social media and email marketing initiatives.
  • Producing and distributing social and email marketing content.
  • Designing promotional branded items and materials.
  • Creating and editing imagery for the company website.
  • Developing graphics for basic digital marketing communications.
  • Designing and producing marketing materials for special events and promotions.
  • Ensuring all materials adhere to brand guidelines.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
  • Recent and relevant marketing experience.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing materials.
  • Strong written communication skills, aligned with the company’s voice and style.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and communication abilities.
