About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Growth Strategist to join our team at Recruitment Revolution. As a Digital Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions
Requirements
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid social media
  • Proven track record of success in growing paid media channels for brands across various sectors
  • Expert knowledge of running campaigns through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and experience with TikTok and Pinterest
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills
