Sales and Renewals Executive Position
A challenging opportunity is available for a highly motivated Sales and Renewals Executive in SME Insurance. The successful candidate will have the chance to showcase their sales skills and customer service expertise in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
- Achieving sales targets/KPIs with a proven track record of success

- Demonstrating rejection handling and objection overcoming abilities

- Desirable certification and experience in working within a regulated framework
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities:
In this role, the Sales and Renewals Executive will be responsible for assisting small to medium-sized businesses in finding suitable insurance solutions tailored to their needs. Tasks include:
- Engaging with customers to understand their insurance requirements
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- Working with provided leads, no cold calling required
- Handling mainly inbound calls and some outbound calls for client instructions
- Working in a friendly and dynamic team environment
Summary of the Role:
