About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Renewals Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping small to medium-sized businesses find insurance policies that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our lead generation team to receive new leads and follow up with existing clients to ensure their insurance needs are met.
  • Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Work in a dynamic and agile team environment, balancing multiple tasks and utilizing a range of systems to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Strong drive for sales and a proven record of achieving targets/KPIs.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to negotiate hard.
  • Rejection handling capabilities and good at overcoming objections.
  • Evidence of strong rapport-building skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Risk awareness with strong planning and analytical skills.
  • Desirable Cert CII qualified, having worked to targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieved SLA's.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience, plus a monthly bonus for achieving sales targets which ranges from £300-£500.
