**Take Wellness - Aftersales Consultant**
Established in 2017, Take Wellness is an award-winning family run business which has continued to grow year on year with two showrooms based in Cheltenham and Pontyclun.
We specialise in the supply of the world’s leading luxury wellness brands, including hot tubs, swim spas, saunas and outdoor kitchens and have developed a fantastic reputation for providing high quality products, installation, and service throughout South Wales, Gloucestershire, the Cotswold's and beyond.
We are now looking for a full or part time **Aftersales Consultant** to join the team at our showroom in Wales.
Acting as the first point of contact for all customers you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and develop relationships with existing and new customers.
- Actively grow service and maintenance subscriptions across both sites.
- The ability to resolve customer queries whilst always keeping the end-user experience in forefront of mind.
- Being involved with interpreting customer concerns and liaising with the spa engineers.
- Logging, monitoring, and taking appropriate action to resolve any service issues.
- Booking customer spas in for services, maintenance, or repair work.
- Working with the engineering team to schedule the workload and ensure the customer is kept up to date on progress.
- Liaising with customers and keeping them updated of any additional work that may be required.
- Entering of warranty claims into the system.
- Ordering parts, liaising with suppliers, and keeping the customer updated on progress.
- Covering showroom and being able to respond to customer enquiries on showroom products and sell to them.
You will need:
- The passion to deliver an excellent customer service experience and the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with our customers.
- Previous experience in a customer service role or maybe you've been a service engineer.
- The ability to sell products and services both face to face, over the phone and online.
- A well-presented individual with a desire, attitude and character to succeed.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Good organisation and administrative skills.
- To turn your hand to anything and help out across the business when required,
Whilst part time, this role has the potential to become full time.
The working pattern for par time will need to include a Thursday, other days can be agreed. There will also be a requirement to work some weekend's in order to cover in showroom when Sales Executive is away.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 23 - 30 per week
