As a Sales and Renewals Executive, you will be working closely with our clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide them with tailored solutions. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, identifying their needs, and providing them with excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Helping clients find insurance policies that meet their needs
- Building strong relationships with clients and providing them with excellent customer service
- Identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions
- Working closely with our clients to understand their insurance requirements
- Providing regular updates and progress reports to clients
- Strong drive for sales and a proven record of achieving targets/KPIs
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to negotiate hard
- Rejection handling capabilities and good at overcoming objections
- Evidence of strong rapport-building skills and excellent communication skills
- Risk awareness with strong planning and analytical skills
- Desirable Cert CII qualified, having worked to targets within a regulated, measurable framework and achieved SLA's
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Annual salary of £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience plus a monthly bonus for achieving sales targets which ranges from £300-£500
- Benefits include 25 days holiday, pension, and life insurance
