Part- Time Customer Service Administrator

£23,500 starting salary pro-rata based on full time hours (40 hours a week)
Shift pattern to be agreed
**Objectives of this Role**
- Identify and address customer needs with a goal of complete satisfaction
- Provide answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability, while presenting the value of our services and products to customers
- Meet customer service department KPI targets
- Follow company communications guidelines and procedures under mínimal supervision
- Recommend improvements to processes for improved company efficiency
- Handling customer queries and complaints
- Processing of customer orders (Data Entry)
**Responsibilities**
- Build knowledge of company products and services
- Research information using available resources to satisfy customer inquiries
- Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to deliver exceptional experiences nurture lasting relationships
- Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries regarding proposals, new orders, order and ticket status requests, complaints and any product out of stocks or returns.
- Meet daily personal/team targets by recommending and explaining benefits of additional company services, and seizing opportunities to sell products and services whenever possible
- Maintain daily recordings, and log and document issues and resolutions in Freshdesk for sales and executive management teams to review.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- Successful experience in a fast paced business environment
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactifully
- Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritise
- Able to work individually and as a team
- Computer literate with data entry experience
**Part-time role - 12 pm until 5:00 pm Monday to Friday**
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: From £11.30 per hour
