Customer Service Coordinator to join their team as soon as possible
The role will be temporary lasting until the end of October initially however, this could be extended depending on the needs of the business.
The pay rate for the role is 12.28 per hour.
We are looking for someone with a proven customer service background within logistics.
Duties of the role will include:
- Being the primary point of contact for customers regarding their logistics needs
Providing customers with information on shipment status, delivery times and dealing with any issues that may arise
Processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system
Monitor the progress of orders and update customers regularly on their status
Liaise with lorry drivers, carriers, freight forwarders and other logistics partners to ensure efficient transportation of goods
Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues related to shipping, delivery, or order discrepancies
In order to be considered for this role you should have proven experience within customer service and office administration.
You will also need to have strong communication skills and able to work within a busy environment and under pressure.
