Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Renewals Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for helping small to medium-sized businesses find insurance policies that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our lead generation team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into sales.
  • Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the insurance industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategies to convert leads into sales.
