What You'll Do

As a Strategic Product Specialist for Adobe Express, your primary responsibility will be to assist visual communicators within our enterprise customers, including marketers, corporate communications professionals, creative experts, and brand marketers. You will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of Adobe Express for their visual communication needs.

  • Identify and engage teams of visual communicators who would greatly benefit from Adobe Express.
  • Educate these teams about the value that Adobe Express can deliver to their creative workflows.
  • Demonstrate how Adobe Express can enhance creativity, productivity, and collaboration.
  • Showcase the unique advantages of Adobe Express over alternative solutions, such as its seamless integration with flagship professional tools like Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as cloud services like Adobe Stock, Fonts, and Creative Cloud Libraries.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for customers, ensuring they experience the immediate benefits of Adobe Express.
  • Identify repeatable and high-value use cases for Adobe Express.
  • Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to provide actionable insights based on customer engagements.
What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you should ideally possess practical experience in delivering visual communication or design projects for enterprise brands, using Adobe's applications for creative professionals or similar solutions to Adobe Express. In addition, the following qualifications and skills are required:

  • A deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges faced by visual communicators within enterprises.
  • A mix of customer success, business development, product evangelism, marketing, and design consulting skills.
  • Exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities to deliver compelling product demonstrations that articulate value and translate technical jargon into simple terms.
  • The ability to synthesize technical and workflow business requirements into accessible and approachable solutions using Adobe Express.
  • Excellent ability to build strong relationships, fostering trust and forming long-term partnerships with customers and colleagues within the organization.
  • A passion for innovation and a desire to stay at the forefront of industry trends and advancements.
