About the Role:
The Loyalty & Benefits Platform team at American Express is seeking a Director of Digital Product Management to lead the development and enhancement of our Global Loyalty Platform. You will play a key role in modernizing the legacy platforms, supporting international markets, and driving growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define product outcomes and metrics aligned with the company's vision
- Understand and integrate international capabilities into product development
- Establish and manage relationships with stakeholders
- Drive discovery and prioritization of capabilities for international transformation
- Lead product managers to translate roadmap into actionable items
