Description:

The Strategy, Transformation and Capabilities team within GSG drives the delivery of software solutions that enable our colleagues to provide superior services to our customers. This role is within our Capabilities Organization supporting Global Supply Management (GSM). Our Capabilities team not only understand how technology works, but how that technology intersects with our colleagues who count on it every day. In this role, the successful candidate will refine the product vision and deliver against the roadmap for our portfolio supporting the Procure to Pay area in Global Supply Management. This portfolio includes a mix of commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products, SaaS solutions (including Oracle) and custom applications. These are enterprise applications that perform a critical role in ensuring that our business units can engage 3 rd parties to meet their needs and enable colleagues to order and pay for these goods and services while at the same time driving value and balancing risk.

Core Responsibilities:

· Lead and develop a diverse, high-performing team of product managers, owners, and analysts to reach their goals and career aspirations

· Incorporate enterprise priorities into the product strategy and roadmap while delivering against our objectives of improving colleague experience, operational efficiency, and digital engagement

· Oversight of product backlog and driving prioritization based on business needs and product value

· Engage with business operations and strategy teams to define and implement product features and enhancements to support the short and long-term needs of the business stakeholders

· Provide forward thinking, intuitive and innovative solutions that challenge the status quo to ensure an exceptional user experience

· Foster a culture of innovation, grounded in data driven opportunity identification

Qualifications:

· Proven success as a Product leader, scaling and maintaining digital products globally while supporting and developing a product team

· Prior knowledge & experience with Procurement, Payment platforms and SAAS solutions is preferable

· Proven ability to identify customer and business needs, translate into features, and communicate a product roadmap to gain buy-in throughout the organization

· A balance of technical and business operations knowledge with proven ability to drive solutions

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive decision making, collaboration and alignment

· Independent and self-motivated, capable of executing under uncertainty with multiple priorities, in a fast-paced environment

· Passionate about new technology and finding ways to apply it to enhance the user experience

· Experience working with engineering teams, architects, and designers to deliver new features in an agile delivery environment. Strong project management and presentation skills with the ability to work in a dynamic, time-critical environment.

· People leadership experience with demonstrated ability to drive results, delegate, develop and coach a team of direct reports

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
