What you'll do

As a Creative Director of Digital Product, you'll be leading various teams to craft digital solutions, which provide compelling and seamless customer experiences. These will be both native and browser-based experiences across desktop and mobile platforms. You'll also work closely with the experience design team to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and developing high level storyboards, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Managing the relationships with designers, researchers, product owners and developers to create new products and features, as well as extend on existing ones
  • Leading the translation of customer insights into designed experiences and forming a compelling story around it
  • Working with Agile project teams and key stakeholders, in sprints, retrospectives and reviews, to develop user centred solutions within project timeframes
  • Influencing and collaborating with project stakeholders to help understand and define customer value
The skills you'll need

We're looking for someone with a background in visual design and creative leadership, with an extensive portfolio that demonstrates both creative thinking and the delivery of effective and pleasing visual design solutions. You'll have an eye for visual interaction details, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to deliver against tight deadlines. Experience in the application of Haptics and sonic branding would also be beneficial.

You'll also need:

  • Experience leading creative teams
  • Experience of delivering interface designs for applications, in high performance environments
  • The ability to work in a user-centred design approach and successfully present your work and the rationale behind it
  • Expertise in Figma, Protopie and Adobe Creative Suite
  • A good understanding of responsive and adaptive design
  • Experience in the application of motion in a digital context
  • Experience in creating and maintaining complex design systems
  • Awareness of the latest AI tool and real world application
