What you need to know about the role...

The CRM team is on a mission to support our members make the most of their gym membership as well as running the most effective possible promotional campaigns to our mailing lists.

You will assist with the development and deployment of the full end-to-end email, push and SMS marketing activity for The Gym Group.

You will deliver highly targeted and relevant campaigns to our membership base.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to quickly develop their marketing skills and to use Salesforce Marketing Cloud, the market leader in CRM technology.

As CRM Executive you will:

Campaigns:
Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver solus and fully automated email and SMSQA campaigns and templatesAnswer queries from other areas of the businessParticipate in team planningCarry out regular reviews of campaign performance including reporting upwards, identifying gaps and opportunities
Technical skills:
Update HTML email template to Salesforce Marketing CloudTest templates to ensure correct rendering across all key client and browser combinationsCreate segments using data filters or basic SQLSet-up sends and scheduling across email, SMS and pushSet up always-on journeys and campaigns
Stakeholders:
Keep stakeholders updated on plans and progressCollaborate with the wider CRM, Digital Trading, Marketing, Product, Data and Tech teams
