Descripción del Trabajo:
El Ejecutivo de Ventas Regional – Productos Químicos para la Construcción se encargará de:

  • Comercializar una gama de productos químicos de alta calidad, incluyendo selladores, adhesivos y compuestos para juntas de paisajismo.
  • Dirigir esfuerzos hacia el sector de la construcción y la mejora del hogar.
Responsabilidades:
  • Gestión de cuentas, supervisando aproximadamente 300 cuentas (80% comerciantes independientes y 20% grupos de compra).
Clientes:
  • Empresas de fijación, comerciantes de materiales de construcción, comerciantes de fontanería, comerciantes de madera, tiendas de ferretería, minoristas de bricolaje, comerciantes decorativos y pequeños mayoristas independientes.
Colaboración:
  • Interacción con el equipo interno y colegas de diferentes territorios, manteniendo el sistema CRM actualizado.
Perfil del Candidato Ideal:
  • Experiencia previa en ventas en campo, preferiblemente con clientes minoristas independientes.
  • Conocimiento del sector de la construcción y la mejora del hogar es valorado, aunque no es esencial.
  • Formación completa sobre productos será proporcionada.
  • Historial comprobable en gestión de cuentas y generación de nuevos negocios es preferido.
  • Estilo de ventas consultivo con capacidad para construir relaciones duraderas.
