About the Role

This is a dynamic and challenging opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd as a Regional Van Fleet Sales Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of fleet van sales across a designated region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance fleet van sales within the assigned territory
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
  • Achieve the required sales target and related KPIs within a 12-month period
  • Work closely with both the Head of Sales and Regional Retail Team to assist in identifying opportunities for all product and services via sales
  • Enhance the image and reputation of the company while supporting its commercial interests
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A proven track record in sales and an understanding of total costs of ownership and funding options
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels
  • The ability to find new customers and increase the customer database
  • Previous experience in selling or renting capital equipment to key local fleets
  • Knowledge of the Van industry
  • A full UK driving licence, as regular regional travel is a core component of the role
