IKEA Warrington are looking to welcome a Customer Relations Co-worker to join our fantastic Customer Relations team.

We are looking for co-workers who strives to give an amazing customer shopping experience; co-workers that always put the customer at the heart of everything they do and inspire others to do the same.

The Start Date of employment will be: 17th of August 2024

Due to health and safety regulations you must be 18+ years old for this role.

WHAT WE OFFER


• £12.00 basic hourly rate

• Living Wage Foundation Employer

• hours working 3 days over 7 including 3 out of 4 weekends. the shifts range from 4-6 hours

• Operational hours are between 8.30am pm.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE


• Face-to-face customer service experience is preferred but not essential

• Checkout Experience

• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and an ability to make decisions

• Ability to make decisions

• Enthusiastic about work and working with others in a team

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

You will be meeting our customers face to face, from greeting them at the main entrance, taking payment for goods and out checkouts and then ensuring that after-sales service is fast and efficient for our customers, handling complaints and claims in a friendly and efficient way.

No 2 days are ever the same but you will always create a positive experience for our customers, so they will want to return and shop with us again over time.


• Build loyalty by listening to our customers & using your knowledge of IKEA product range offer informed solutions.

• You work together with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience.

• Provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience in the store while working with daily and weekly service targets to drive service delivery.

This role is physically demanding with lots of walking and safe heavy lifting.
