About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of sales orders, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the internal sales function to achieve both team and company targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Order Processing: Load and process sales orders in a timely and accurate manner, including electronic order processing.
  • Supporting Sales Activity: Assist the internal sales function by providing accurate quotations to support the sales cycle and help achieve team and company targets.
  • Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks to ensure agreed deadlines or SLAs are met.
  • Customer Query Resolution: Own and resolve customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to achieve early resolution.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with internal sales teams.
  • Issue Escalation: Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Manager.
