Footprint Recruitment is representing a reputable construction firm known for its strong presence in the North West.


We are currently seeking a dedicated office-based Client Relations Specialist to support our Aftercare team, ensuring that clients receive outstanding service following their property purchase.


In collaboration with the Customer Care Manager, the successful candidate will deliver efficient, precise, and responsive client support by managing client communications and coordinating with contractors and internal teams to ensure all concerns are tracked and effectively addressed throughout the warranty period and beyond, in line with the company's dedication to superior service.


  • Promptly addressing client inquiries and keeping them updated on service progress.
  • Organizing operative schedules and coordinating appointments for service visits.
  • Creating instructions and defect notices through the customer service database for Contractors, Suppliers, Site Managers, etc.
  • Tracking, reporting, and updating on the status of ongoing work.
  • Evaluating Sub-Contractor performance and providing feedback to the Customer Care Manager.
  • Overseeing and maintaining the customer service database.
  • Effectively managing client expectations while delivering exceptional service.
  • Contributing as an engaged member of the Customer Care Team.
  • Focusing on personal growth and enhancing Customer Service management skills.
