Job Title: Onboarding Coordinator - Client Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Coordinator - Client Support Specialist to join our team at Optionis. As a key member of our client onboarding process, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client support and communication throughout the onboarding process
  • Ensure all necessary documentation and information is collected and processed in a timely manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
  • Identify and resolve any client issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve the onboarding process

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grade C or above
