Assistant Team Manager – Mental Health Duty Team

Up to £36-38 per hour

  • To manage the Mental Health Social Care Duty Team
  • To supervise and support social workers and social care assistant on duty
  • To manage the duty email and give directions to staff
  • To give staff directions on screening the cases on Mosaic
  • To give SAM (safeguarding adult manager) directions and record them on the client's file on case note
  • To provide supervision to duty staff when required
  • To give update and duty progression to the team manager and senior managers
  • To attend team meetings in the office face to face twice a month.
  • Attending SAM meeting once a month
  • Attending ATM and Seniors duty meeting once a month
  • Attending panel when duty takes any case to panel
  • Attending managers meeting
  • Liaising with other teams and professionals and hospitals staff.

    Pay rate is between £36 to £38 an hours

    Hours of work: Monday to Friday and it is 36 hours a week

    Please note that the successful candidate will need to work in the office 2 to 3 days a week

    To start as soon as possible

    Minimum compliance requirements:
  • Social Work Qualification
Registration with Social Work England
DBS Check within 12 months or a DBS registered to the Update Service
