About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team at Cygnet Health Care. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care in our acute mental health service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure that care is being delivered in accordance with best practice.
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD).
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of current mental health legislation and policies.
