As a Clinical Nurse Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the clinical and care requirements of all patients.
  • Assisting the multidisciplinary team (MDT) and nursing staff in addressing the unique needs of each patient.
  • Keeping abreast of national standards and best practices.
  • Leading by example while offering guidance and support in team development and education.
  • Focusing on proactive clinical risk evaluations, nursing assessments, and quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Fostering a positive environment where the individual needs of each service user are acknowledged and met with compassion.
Compensation and Benefits:
The Clinical Nurse Leader position provides a comprehensive benefits package:
  • Annual remuneration of up to £50,000, which includes a £5,400 living allowance.
  • Full-time, permanent role with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week.

The ideal candidate for the Clinical Nurse Leader role will possess:
  • Registration as a Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurse (RMN or RNLD) on the appropriate segment of the NMC register.
  • Specialized training in relevant clinical skills such as DBT/CBT.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working within multidisciplinary teams in pertinent clinical environments.
  • Confidence in clinical leadership and experience in spearheading service development initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, tailored to the unique strengths and needs of individuals.
