We are in search of skilled and passionate professionals to fill the role of Community Mental Health Specialist within each borough.
As a Community Mental Health Specialist, you will be employed by West London NHS Trust and play a crucial role in developing care pathways within the local community mental health team (MINT). This position also offers opportunities for mentorship, career advancement, and ongoing education.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Experience in various community mental health settings and familiarity with diverse mental health diagnoses and needs;
- Expertise in delivering a range of brief interventions tailored to patients with mental health challenges;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with local MINT Teams.
