Head of Mental Health Support

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring leader to join our Operational Leadership Team as the Head of Mental Health Support. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of high-quality, impactful mental health services that are diverse and geographically dispersed.
As the Head of Mental Health Support, you will be responsible for leading the continued innovation, integration, and transformation of front-line services in support of our organisation's mission, values, and strategy. You will also be the operational lead for the mobilisation of new services and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and performance requirements.
We are looking for a confident and visible leader who can demonstrate a deep understanding of mental health services and a passion for delivering positive impact for people accessing our services. You will have a strong track record of managing and leading multi-disciplinary teams, ideally within mental health services, and experience of implementing innovative ways of working to maximise performance.
