About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team in Hammersmith & Fulham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with mental health needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their life skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake key-working responsibilities for a caseload assigned by the Team Leader/Manager
  • Assess the needs of customers and develop individualized support plans
  • Support customers to undertake domestic tasks, including practical assistance where needed
  • Develop and maintain links with local agencies and service providers
  • Empower customers to access services and benefits they are entitled to
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2/3 or transferable skills in customer-centred roles
  • Experience working in mental health sector (desirable)
