About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Multidisciplinary Advocate to join our Wandsworth & Richmond Advocacy Team. As part of this role, you will provide statutory and/or non-statutory independent advocacy to those who are eligible for the service within the community or care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide independent advocacy to vulnerable individuals in a range of settings, including secure facilities, hospitals, and care homes.
  • Support clients in making informed decisions about their care and treatment.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with health and social care partners.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
