We are seeking a dedicated Trainee Multidisciplinary Advocate to join our Wandsworth and Richmond Advocacy Team. As a Trainee Advocate, you will work closely with experienced team members to develop your skills and knowledge in providing high-quality advocacy services to individuals with mental health needs.

Our team provides a range of specialist advocacy services, including statutory and non-statutory support, in secure units, hospitals, care settings, and the community. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and children, and develop your expertise in instructed and non-instructed advocacy.

As a Trainee Advocate, you will be required to complete the Level 4 Independent Advocacy Practice qualification and receive training in safeguarding, advocacy remits, and other essential skills. You will also have the support of a dedicated mentor and the opportunity to shadow experienced team members.
