About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Homelessness Advocate to join our team at Coram Voice. As a key member of our Homelessness Outreach Project, you will provide direct advocacy support to children and young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Your primary responsibility will be to hold a caseload of young people and champion their rights, working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders and agencies to ensure their needs are met.

You will also contribute to the development of high-quality services and projects delivered by Coram Voice, including our Homelessness Outreach Project. This will involve working closely with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes that enhance the support we provide to young people.

In addition, you will play a key role in promoting good practice across both Coram Voice and external organizations, building inclusive and equitable practice across the sector for homeless children and young people.

We are committed to supporting the growth and development of our staff, and for the right candidate, we may offer this post as a Trainee position, providing opportunities to gain qualifications and develop your skills.
