Job Title: Advanced Practitioner/Trainee Advanced Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Practitioner/Trainee Advanced Practitioner to join our Orthopaedics team in Planned Care at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes. The role will involve undertaking physical examinations, analysing complex clinical signs and investigation results, and diagnosing conditions. The Advanced Practitioner/Trainee Advanced Practitioner will also be responsible for prescribing and reviewing medication, as well as participating in clinical audit and research projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake physical examinations and diagnose conditions autonomously
  • Prescribe and review medication
  • Participate in clinical audit and research projects
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • RGN/HCPC Registered professional
  • MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice
  • Qualification in Advanced Assessment Skills with evidence of clinical practice
  • Registered independent non-medical prescriber
