Sanctuary Supported Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Professional to join our team at Park Lodge in London.

Job Summary:
The Project Worker role involves providing support to encourage customers with mental health needs to maximise their potential and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers with risk assessments and reviewing their needs
- Developing professional relationships with customers using clear communication
- Delivery of small group activities promoting recovery and well-being
- Regularly assessing customer needs and updating support plans
- Providing one-to-one support as required
- Promoting safety by undertaking risk assessments
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with adults with mental health needs
- Ability to relate and empathise with people with mental health issues
- Knowledge and understanding to support people in crisis
- Experience developing and maintaining accurate records and support plans
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards
