Job Title: Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse

Job Type: Temporary, 3 Months

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Kcare Health. As a key member of our Community Recovery Service, you will be responsible for managing a defined caseload and providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a defined allocated caseload within a Community Recovery Service.
  2. Participate in ward reviews, placements reviews, and arrange and attend CPA reviews.
  3. Assess new referrals and liaise with other services (inpatient services, other Community Mental Health Services, outside agencies).
  4. Cover Duty, Depot Clinic, Clozapine Clinic, and attend and contribute to weekly zoning meetings and monthly business meetings.

Requirements:

  1. Experience working within a Community Recovery Team/EIP and Access service (MHWT).
  2. Qualified mental health practitioner with knowledge of managing a caseload autonomously in the community.
