    What will you be doing?

    As a shift leader, your responsibilities will include:

    • Act as a key worker for designated customers. Ensuring they are supported in all aspects of their life.
    • Monitoring and administering medication, personal care and as directed by their individual care plan, help maintain health and wellbeing.
    • Prioritise and direct the workload of team members accordingly, ensuring any issues are dealt with as they arise.
    • Ensure all administration tasks are carried out with accuracy. Inputting additional information onto care plans, as required.
    • Liaising with health care professionals.

      37 hours per week

      Shifts are between and and include alternate weekends.
      About you
      You may be a senior carer looking for the next move or a current Shift lead wishing to gain more experience to develop yourself in the future.

      With your previous experience in care leadership, and NVQ Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care (ideal), you'll join our team in making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

      We will offer 2.5 weeks induction training and a further 2-4 weeks "Buddy scheme" too. We will settle you in, there's no pressure to "hit the ground running"

      A DBS check will take place, at WNC cost.
