Overview

In the role of Regional Catering Operations Leader, you will be responsible for managing catering services across a network of educational institutions. Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager, your primary focus will be on guiding our teams to deliver exceptional food quality and service, while also bringing innovative ideas to the forefront of the school catering sector.

Compensation Package

We prioritize giving our teams the necessary time, autonomy, and resources to take pride in their daily contributions.

This position offers:

  • Standard working hours from Monday to Friday - no weekend shifts
  • A commitment of 40 hours per week
  • Year-round employment
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 annually

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in team management and development, ideally within the catering sector
  • A natural leader with a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • Experience in managing client relationships
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities, both internally and externally
  • Familiarity with HR processes, including handling grievances and performance issues
  • Proficient IT skills and experience with various software applications
  • A valid, clean driving license
